8:30 a.m. Traditional Service
Is early morning the time of day you best like to worship? Join us at Peakland for
the Early Traditional Service.
The 8:30 traditional service is relaxed and welcoming, like an old-time worship service with a
small, close-knit congregation.
Communion is served at the altar almost every Sunday morning.
Come and join us for one Sunday, and we're sure you will return!
9:45 a.m.
Horizons Contemporary Service
Come casually dressed to this service.
Do you sing most loudly when you hear the
guitar, a bass, and a keyboard?
In this full engagement service. YOU are at the center of the worship, whether it is in prayer, singing, or
discussing the pastor's points as he leads this comfortable, warm service.
Come early for coffee and doughnut holes. Stay to make new friends and bless the Lord!
11:00 a.m. Traditional Service
Do you love to worship with a choir, a children's moment, banners, bells, a piano, an occasional flute or trumpet
or cello joining the organ?
Even though we call this service "traditional," the pastor's sermon is as likely to be delivered from the aisle among
the people as from the pulpit.
The weekly anthem may be written by Hayden or it may rock to some African drums, but it will set you to thinking
and move your heart.
Communion is served every first Sunday, usually by intinction.
The welcoming atmosphere created by greeting one another before the service begins and taking time for joys
and concerns of the people make this larger service maintain its personal touch.
Come and join us amid the altar flowers, the paraments, and the beauty of the stained glass!
