On any Saturday morning at the church, you will hear the sounds of laughter and smell breakfast cooking. This is the Saturday morning gathering of the Peakland United Methodist Men (UMM). The UMM have been meeting for breakfast at the church each Saturday morning school for over sixty years. It is one of the largest and most active in the state. Each Saturday morning during the school year this “gang”; meets for fellowship, breakfast and devotion. Breakfast starts at 8:00 AM in the dining room off the fellowship hall and is usually over by 9:00. If you are a male member of PUMC, then you are already a member of the Peakland UMM. Why don’t you join the fifteen or so regulars for breakfast one morning? It’s a great way to kick off the weekend. First breakfast’s on us! Contact John Buckley at jebuckleyjr@msn.com and we’ll save you a seat or just show up Hungry! Our first meeting will be on Saturday Sep. 7th in the dining room off the Fellowship Hall at 8:00 AM

Our family ministry returns, Sunday evenings from 4:30-7:00, on September 8th. Come join us for games, learning, worship, and dinner. All ages welcome!

What's the Deacon Reading?

In All About Love acclaimed theologian “bell hooks offer a proactive new ethic for a society bereft with lovelessness – not the lack of romance, but the lack of care, compassion, and unity. If you would like the church to order a book for you email Andrew at peaklandassociate@gmail.com, books are $13.

How to Be Perfect

How much money should I give to charity? Why bother being good at all when there are no consequences for being bad?” Join Deacon Andrew in answering these questions and more on Sundays at 1:30 beginning October 6th!
